   At Bain Capital, I oversee internal recruitment and manage our network of Executive Advisors and Promoters. Additionally, I assist with research and operational support for the Private Equity team. On the portfolio side, I lead Executive and Board member hiring for Indian portfolio companies and handle monthly reporting of operational metrics for portfolio companies across Asia and India. I also support ESG metric tracking for our Asia portfolio. Moreover, I independently manage research and consulting vendor relationships, represent the firm at conferences, contribute to deal sourcing, and support firm-wide networking and marketing initiatives.
