I am directly working with the Principal Secretary (PS), Govt of UP, Director Dept. of Urban Development, National Health Mission and Dept. of Education (Govt of UP) at Lucknow, • Provide support and lead 100 Chief Minister (CM) Fellows in implementing various social development projects within Akanshi Nagar Yojana (Govt of UP)• Demonstrate in planning project activities, ensuring implementation adherence to plans, and executing project-related administrative tasks in Health, Nutrition, Education and skill development sectors.• Develop and update guidelines, formats, and training modules for project requirements ensuring adherence to best practices.• Facilitating collaboration with Government stakeholders, Partner agencies, CSR and NGOs ensuring implementation of projects• Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to deadlines.• Prepare comprehensive project reports documenting progress, achievements, and challenges and providing valuable data for analysis and future planning for senior management and government officials
