Thank you for taking out time to look at my profile Currently I\'m working as Head of Finance & Accounting Department and designated as GM Finance for a Japanese Hospital called Sakra World Hospital which is a Joint Venture of Secom Co, Ltd, and Toyota Tsusho. Secom Co, Ltd, is a subsidiary of Secom Medical System Co, Ltd. and it has 18+ hospitals in Japan. Sakra is one of the first Japanese JV Hospital operating in India. Working towards improving EBITA and GC margins for the business. Handling all the Finance and reporting functions for the company within and outside India, Managing critical collection (AR management) operation while managing 15+ people directly. Handling Merger and acquisition proposal of Hospital Implemented SAP ERP and GST in past Dealing with payer, Big4 auditors and help implementing new accounting - IND-AS and statutory requirements- GST etc as may get applied to Hospital. Also helping management on contract negotiation, creating cost saving proposals, better tax planning etc. Skilled in Accounting, Auditing, IFRS, Financial reporting, P&L analysis, MIS etc. Previously worked with Big 4 Audit firms - EY, Deloitte and GT within and outside India, had lot of learning and exposure thereon from technical accounting skill to team management to managing upward and downward communication effectively, also brought an advantage of working in diverse culture
