I’m someone who enjoys making things work smoothly — whether it’s a process in Operations or a story through video. Currently, I’m working as an Operations Associate, where I focus on efficiency, accuracy, and problem-solving while collaborating with teams to deliver results. I want to grow further in Operations and build a strong foundation in business process services.At the same time, I’ve always been driven by stories. I love creating content, experimenting with video editing in Premiere Pro, and designing visuals in Photoshop. Most of my creative work has lived on my Instagram so far, but I see myself exploring more freelance opportunities in storytelling, content creation, and video editing.Earlier in my career, I worked as a US Recruiter, which gave me strong people skills — from understanding client needs to matching talent with the right opportunities. That experience taught me how to communicate effectively, build trust, and manage fast-paced workflows — skills I carry into every role I take on today.In short: I’m a mix of structure and creativity — I enjoy optimizing processes, but I’m equally passionate about crafting stories.
