Support the department in developing mechanisms for program monitoring,periodic reporting and developing indicators for the same.• Develop monitoring tools and checklists pertaining to HRH program andsupport in strengthening routine monitoring and supervision.• Provide technical support in developing a system to collect, compile andmanage data related to the project and ensure availability of data periodically.• Carry out data analysis and develop reports as per the need of the project/ client in coordination with various directorates.• Carryout periodic field visits to districts for building capacities of field functionaries on quality reporting, identify data quality challenges and support in charting appropriate solutions.• Provide technical input on developing data collection tools for HRH enumeration.• Guide the team on collecting appropriate data from the field, analyze anddevelop reports and provide backup support in developing frameworks.• Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected during HRH enumeration and functional review.• Lead in conducting secondary research, documents lessons from other partsof the country on various aspects of HRH.• Provide technical input in developing monitoring and evaluation framework for HRH.• Carryout field visits as required.• Undertake other activities as per the need of the project and as required bythe client and Team Leader.
