Leading Procurement of Raw Materials import from China & PAN India of 4500+ SKUs of Raw Materials for manufacturing of 12 Lac+ Activity Kits annually considering Product Safety, Quality and Financial parameters. Project Setting up a new Factory (2 Lac Sq. Feet) with integrated Warehouse (1 Lac Sq. Feet) at Bengaluru fully supported by Modern Technologies and Process Standardization to enhance operational efficiency. Responsible for new Product development of Activity Kits by upgrading its activities & standards of packaging to get a better aesthetic look with better sales margin on Product. Implementing ERP tool (SAP s4 HANA) in the overall Manufacturing Processes. Key Achievements Enhanced productivity by 20% by automation & mechanization in the manufacturing process. 30% overall cost savings achieved annually on Factory P&L Budget by space optimization with reduction of Inventory by 20%, cost reduction on procurement by 10% and improved Activity Kits sales margin by 15% by reducing the packaging cost and by changing the aesthetic look of the product. Received award of Key Contributor for the year 2022 – 2023 for Productivity Improvement and cost savings in manufacturing with zero customer complaint. Successfully conducted External Statutory Stock Audits on Raw Materials Inventory & Finished Goods by Ernst & Young (EY) with audit accuracy of 99%.
