With 20 years of experience at Infosys and currently serving as an Associate Vice President, I lead the Enterprise Application Integration Services Practice Sales and Delivery across North America focusing on Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcareand Life Sciences verticals. In this capacity, I am responsible for defining and scaling enterprise-wide transformation programs that enable clients to modernize core operations, accelerate digital adoption and achieve measurable business outcomes leveraging Agentic AI.I collaborate closely with clients and ecosystem partners to design and execute agentic AI-led transformation initiatives, leveraging platforms and technologies such as PegaSystems, Kong, Confluent, Boomi, Infosys Topaz offerings and Camunda in conjunction with hyperscaler cloud ecosystems including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
