I consider myself a problem solver, and I think I do a very good job at it, especially solving any engineering/product problems. I think I acquired these skills in my childhood because I used to dismantle all my toys/gadgets just to figure out what was happening inside them and why it\'s behaving in a certain way. And now I can see this exploration type of behavior is part of my life, whenever there is new tech/software, I try to look into it as soon as possible and think if it can improve our engineering/product solutions or not.I love to dig deep into problems and figure out the root cause with the help of modern tools like datadog, grafana, clevertap, or even simply look in the raw logs/data.As an Engineering leader, I enjoy researching new solutions, solving technical and product-related problems, reducing costs, building highly productive teams, and communicating cross-products/culture/regions in order to align different stakeholders.Who am I1. Coding language/frameworks are not stoppers for me, since I have worked on multiple languages like, PHP, Drupal, Angular, React, and Java(Spring boot).Current status1. Currently I am managing a team of 4 people.2. Working on Microservice architecture using Spring boot.3. Elastic search for managing millions of data and providing solutions out of it.4. Looking to bring Vector search into our Elastic search setup.I follow two mantras in my life, which keep me motivated towards my work.1. Do what is right, even if it\'s hard.2.
