Preparing market updates, presenting recent trends in the fixed income markets along with detailed recommendations to the senior management. • Ratings Advisory: providing end to end ratings advisory services from transaction structuring to proactively liaising with rating agencies to ensure positive ratings outcomes.• Sustainable finance advisory: providing advisory to clients on sustainable and green finance options including liaising with certifiers/SPO’s to facilitate green labelling, review and marketing.• Documentation and Deal Execution: handholding issuer in deal documentation, setting up MTN programme, co-ordinating with counsels, auditors, trustees, stock exchanges, authorized dealers, regulators, preparation of investor presentations, book build, and compliance requirements and so on. Assisting in listing of securities primarily on the International Securities Market (ISM) of the London Stock Exchange and the SGX and organizing listing ceremonies.• Masala Bonds: part of the team at Axis Bank which has worked on the majority of issuances in the market since 2016 – Responsible for Axis Bank featuring among the top banks in the league tables for India offshore bond deals and gain a majority share in the nascent Masala Bond market. • Thought Leadership: represented Axis Bank at the Singapore stock exchange as a panellist along with some of the biggest global money managers on development of Masala bonds and the Green Bond markets.
