Preparation of DV making & P-Gate documents in new product development6. Standard Time calculation for new product design change & its effect on yield rate 7. Making (In-house) or procurement of JIG in new model development to improve process optimization8. Reverse engineering on competitor\'s product & making benchmarking with our product in IDT event9. Verification & checking drawings and BOM accuracy & errors to reduce standard time & cost10. Designing process flow layout, work cell layout, production process & implementing the same for higher productivity11. Process development for current changes as well as new product launch (NPD)12. Conducting time study, motion study, line balancing activities & cycle time calculation, to reduce motion loss & manpower optimization13. Identifying productivity improvement opportunities & implementing same through Lean manufacturing techniques14. Identify the MUDA, MURA MURI in process and elimination15. Fool proofing of system to reduce operator\'s defects16. Monitoring of productivity & improvement activity & identifying bottlenecks in production process17. Identification of process VA & NVA\'s by process change & method improvement for current process18. Create & maintain of work instruction sheets (SOS, SOP & OPL)19. Revising work instructions after releasing ECO20. Maintain quality control flow process chart (QCFC) as per NPD & process improvement action plan21. Benchmarking of best practices from other subsidiaries
