Currently, I’m working as an AI Support Engineer II in the Customer Support team of DataRobot. Although my primary role is to help out end users with issues resolving around our AI Platform. Along with that, I am solely responsible for building & monitoring the Analytics for the DataRobot Support Team. I have done my Masters in Data Analytics from Northeastern University, Boston. I enjoy playing around with data and have a hands-on, extensive and proven expertise in Customer Success/Support and Data/Business Analysis using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Excel, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, Postman, R, Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and Zendesk.In my brief professional career of almost 5 years, I have been a ’Startup Founder + Data Analyst’ at Shop Here - B2C E-commerce Platform, a Data Analyst Intern at SiArt Web Technologies & a Technology Support Analyst at Integreon Managed Solutions and an AI Support Engineer at DataRobot Inc.I love to cook, watch sports and engage in social gatherings.
