My career spans startups to global enterprises, building impactful products across technologies, industries, and functions. As the Product Leader for IBM’s flagship Watsonx Data & AI Platform, I lead the charge in crafting Data & AI solutions that empower businesses with trust and confidence. My role involves identifying winnable capabilities, strategizing roadmaps, delivering seamless user experiences, and ensuring engineering excellence—all while anticipating the future of innovation.I’ve also transformed and led product organisations to build solutions like SaaS Platform, Analytics Platform, FinTech and MarTech Product Suites, Intelligent Automation, Intelligent Systems and various others. These experiences have shaped my passion for combining innovation with purpose.Beyond work, I enjoy building apps, writing, mentoring, and engaging with industry forums. Driving governance, AI augmentation, and seamless integration with IBM\'s broader data ecosystem. Passionate about transforming the Lakehouse experience for business users and data professionals alike, with a focus on performance, adoption, and customer impact.* Shaped the product strategy for the Data Fabric portfolio by leading market research, product financial analysis, and pricing and packaging optimization. Collaborated with a team of 20+ product managers to conduct in-depth competitive capability analysis, driving significant improvements in product revenue, adoption, and client growth.
