The product contributes significantly in the organisation\'s overall more than $ 10 billion US Dollar revenue.As a product manager / owner, I focus on maximising the value of the product for the customers and the organisation which helps to retain and increase the customer base resulting in growth in the business. I own the product backlog and involved in the activities like requirements gathering, requirements documentation, product backlog grooming, feature/user stories prioritisation, sprint planning, daily scrums, PO validations, sprint reviews / customer demos, support the cutover activities / production deployments, sprint retrospectives etc. I manage a medium size team and am responsible to deliver the value at the end of each sprint.
