Maintain and track the COSL status sheet as per the approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP).Update technical publication records, including Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and OEM documentation.Prepare complete documentation for Aircraft ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) renewal.Generate work orders, prepare due-lists for aircraft, and review completed tasks for accuracy and compliance.Develop and revise the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP), including periodic inspection schedules.Record component replacement data in MS-Excel and RAMCO with accuracy.Monitor incoming work packages from Planning and ensure proper archiving after review.Support DGCA audits, internal quality audits, and other regulatory inspections.Update aircraft, engine, radio, airframe, and propeller logbooks with flight hours/cycles, inspections, component changes, and major repair/modification records (SBs/ADs).Assist in the preparation and revision of LOPA documentation.Ensure all working documents are systematically organized and maintained.Compile and circulate monthly and quarterly fleet flying hours/cycles and engineering statistical reports to the Engineering team via email.Verify Technical Log pages received from maintenance stations and ensure completeness and correctness of entries.Update COSL/TBO details for all aircraft in MS-Excel and RAMCO.
