Hello there! You probably know me as a co-founder and face of Habuild - or even as your Yoga Teacher and Consistency preacher. Early in my journey, I saw the power of good habits at play, and I knew I had to share this knowledge with others. That’s when the seed of Habuild was planted in my mind. 20••••20: I traveled across India, volunteering in various organizations. This really helped the Habuild seed grow and Habuild became the one-stop solution to help you build sustainable habits and support healthier lifestyles. The biggest challenge? Staying consistent. Sticking to your good habits is more difficult than building them. This is why we built a platform to help you commit to your health. Although the journey so far was definitely filled with some obstacles, the support from our community helped me stay on the path; they also helped us to achieve some great milestones: 21-day Free Yoga Challenge held twice a year, with over 70 Lakh participants so far. World Records Union: Most participants in a Virtual Yoga class with 1,34,057 members. Guinness World Record for Most Viewers for Yoga Live Stream with 2,46,252 members. World Records Union: Most live viewers for a Yoga lesson with 5,99,162 viewers. World Records Union: Largest attendance in a virtual meditation class with 2,87,711 members. But more than the achievements, it\'s the impact we\'re creating. And this impact shines brightest in our Yoga Everyday program with 3 Lakh members doing yoga daily. With our ever-growing community, my sole focus is on building sustainable habits that enrich your quality of life.
