I specialize in General Contractor quantity takeoffs, Earthwork and cost estimation for residential, commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects, following CSI divisions and U.S. construction standards.Began my professional journey as a QA/QC Engineer, responsible for ensuring that all construction materials met project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes before being approved for site use.Conducted quality inspections and material testing for concrete, aggregates, steel, and other construction materials in accordance with approved standards and testing procedures.My experience includes preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, and supporting competitive bid proposals for US-based projects.
