Liaising with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), State Engagement Body for timely assessment & payments.• Establishing various Centres as per the project guideline i.e. to successfully carry out Affiliation and Accreditation, CAAF Submission process of PMKK centers, and Due Diligence of DDU-GKY Centers.• Ensure all commitments are met in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project.• To check & guide the operation team to run centers as per DDU-GKY SOP & ensuring SOP compliances at every level.• To conduct an inspection (surprise & normal) of training centers as per the SOP.• Audit new management areas to evaluate the internal control system.• Make sure all the documentation related to center operations, placement & during the execution of every installment is accurate.• Assist with project documentation & prepare reports on project financial aspects and progress.• Key person to implement RPL_Through Demand in current organization and lead organization on top amongst other training partners in terms of achievement.• Coordinate with all relevant departments activities to ensure smooth flow.• Project Handling, Fund Management, and formation of batches as per the projection plan to achieve targets keeping category-wise targets in mind.• Liaising with government bodies i.e. SRLM and TSA bodies for sampling, and desk verification during the execution of tranches.• Liaising with NSDC for releasing of targets & funds for RPL, PMKK & CSR projects.• Liaising with various SSCs and assessment bodies for smooth operations of batches & to line up TOT and TOA with SSC.• Attend and ensure compliance in all internal & external audits.• Team Hiring & to ensure mobilization, counseling, training, assessment, placement, and retention of batches of every Centre keeping targets in mind.• Ensuring the capacity of the training centers is being utilized to the fullest.• 50% Travelling.
