I build products from scratch and help them grow.I\'m a Product Manager who loves taking products from zero to one, especially in B2C. I take messy, unclear problems and turn them into actual platforms that people use and that make money. I focus mainly on e-commerce and consumer products, where you need to balance good product thinking, smart growth tactics, and solid execution.At Jio Platforms, I built an entire e-commerce platform from scratch. I owned everything from strategy to roadmap to actually shipping features. We went from literally zero to crores in revenue with millions of users. During that time, I also worked on SEO and got us ranking in the top 3 for key searches. I ran experiments that reduced checkout drop-off by 30%. Plus, I launched this phygital commerce model (basically blending physical and digital) that was completely new and helped us reach customers who preferred cash over online.Before getting into product, I spent over 6 years at Siemens. I worked on go-to-market strategy for new products, built business cases that helped drive 35% revenue growth, and represented the business side when we were building internal products. I also led technical projects that saved clients around 20% in costs and worked closely with product and engineering teams every day. That\'s when I realized I didn\'t just want to be on the business side giving input. I wanted to actually own the product end to end. So I went back to school, did my MBA at IIM Indore with an exchange semester at SDA Bocconi, and switched into product management.Now I\'m looking for my next opportunity in e-commerce, B2C, travel, or quick commerce.When I\'m not working, I\'m obsessed with football, cricket, and F1. Lately I\'ve also been playing around with AI tools like Lovable, Claude Code, and Cursor. I\'m really curious about how they\'re changing the way we build products.
