I am a Senior Partner and Managing Director at BCG as well as the Global Leader of BCG’s FinancialInstitutions Practice. My expertise includes technology and digital transformation in bankingand financial services as well as fintech, asset management, digital banking, CBDC, andregulatory and compliance strategy. Organisational change management is essential asfinance functions evolve in time with emerging technologies like generative AI, cloud, andblockchain.I joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1998, and have since advised clients in South Asia,Europe, and Southeast Asia. I have over 25 years of experience in consulting in the public,private and government sectors and value uplifting the next generation of talent throughleadership at BCG.I advise clients on growth, transformative strategy development, large-scale change, anddigital innovation. I have also worked on transformation projects for large private-sector banks,large state-owned banks, agricultural and rural development banks, and public-sector banks,as well as non-bank financial institutions, industrial conglomerates, and technologycompanies. The future of finance is cross-industry transformation and embedded systems thatrequires a deep expertise of finance ecosystems and value chain optimisation.Prior to joining BCG, I interned with Citibank in the areas of business development andproduct strategy. I hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and have aBachelor’s degree in Electricals & Electronic from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, value physical and mental wellbeing,and prioritise my health.
