Resolution and Recovery of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) It includes: issuance of notices under SARFAESI Act, Loan Recall Notice, Section 13(2) Demand Notices, Section 13(4) Symbolic/Physical Possession Notice, E-Auction Sale Notice and Dispatching all these notices and Paper publication of these notices. Filing of applications under Section 14 before DM/CJM Court and getting timely orders for execution of physical possession of mortgaged properties. Execution of Section 14 DM/CJM orders for physical possession of mortgaged properties with the help of Tahsildar, Bailiff, Police & Agencies. Sale of the mortgaged properties through public E-Auction / Private Treaty and handling further process till registration of Sale Certificate of Auction purchaser. Coordination and follow up with empanel Advocate for matter related to DRT, DRAT, High Court, Consumer Forum, Civil case, Criminal case, Section 138, Police complaint FIR, Arbitration, DM office, CJM court and Title search of mortgaged properties etc. Liaisoning with various Government authorities like Court, Police and Revenue authorities etc. Handling collection of overdue from Bucket 1, 2 & 3 customers. Handling internal audit and Compliance. Tracing skip customers, their properties and income sources. Maintaining and updating MIS of various activities regularly. Handling and resolving day to day transaction related to the customer complaints/queries on Email and calls and Settle them within TAT. Achieving of recovery target through Closures, Regularization, Settlement (OTS) and E-Auction sale of mortgaged properties.
