Handling new project transitions which includes KT, Shadowing, reverse shadowing, KT tracking, documentation, status reporting to all stakeholders & client etc. Monitoring Application availability by different availability metrics tools. Working with Data Migration and integration teams to successfully migrate the data into our GTD application. Responsible for providing requested access to the user\'s in GTD application through Admin Panel. Doing Performance Evaluations by maintaining managing people weekly/monthly utilization and aspirations.
