Expertise in analyzing and predicting the behavior of materials and structures under various loading conditions using both FEA and hand calculation methods to calculate stress strain and deformation. Delivered precision designs for semiconductor machinery components, focusing on high-performance, thermal efficiency, and manufacturability. Designed and developed sheet metal enclosures (e.g, switchgear enclosures, MCC panels, machine housings, and protective covers etc) ensuring manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
