About Saurabh Sharma.
I spent the first 6 years of my career after graduate school pursuing Biomedical Research with a strong focus on Behavioral and Molecular Neuroscience. I switched careers a few years later to go to medical school followed by residency in Internal Medicine to be able to pursue my interest from bench to bed side medicine. Over the last last seven years in medical school and residency, my focus has shifted towards primary care with emphasis upon preventative and wellness medicine. I am passionate about incorporating holistic approaches to healing in my medical practice and being a DO, I truly believe in the osteopathic philosophy that body has an inherent ability to heal itself. I am a practicing yogi and am passionate about sharing the benefits and transformation that it can bring to one\'s life. My goal is to be able to better peoples lives via preventative health care, with a focus upon holistic approach to healing.
