Responsible for Collections and rentals for complete portfolio including Offices and Retail. Ensuring all buildings meet compliance standards and government regulations in coordination with operations team. Organizing events to help engage tenants enabling healthy relationships. Maintain building aesthetics, horticulture and general upkeep of the buildings. Deescalate tenant feedback and resolve within the given turnaround time. Provide innovation and automation solutions to increase tenant engagement and overall experience. Cost rationalization, liaison with the corporate leasing and Marketing team to ensure better implementation and relationship management with Tenants. Plan and implement Revenue through effect mediums. Effective use (JLL and C&W) by setting targets and constant monitoring of SLA’s on monthly basis. Shortlist, negotiate and close with all outsourced agencies, includes Security, Housekeeping, Façade cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Control and developing greenhouse concept. Overall supervision of electrical arrangement & Power Backup, A.C, Generators, UPS and Lifts etc. of the building. Lead the automation projects for Parking Management and Visitor Management system. Process implementation for Safety & Security by preparing SOP’s for sanitization and action plan related to COVID-19 for complete DLF offices in North India including retail. Plan the complete facility system and amenity system for F&B outlets like Garbage disposal, Recycled waste systems etc. Plan and implement the directional, mandatory, and statutory signage. Plan & implement by regular practices: Evacuation programme with Fire, life safety team by engaging the Tenants.
