Responsibilities include the preparation of technical proposals, encompassing project appreciation, approach and methodology, work program, manning schedule, and comments on the Terms of Reference (ToR). The role also involves liaising with key officials from the Client side to follow up on proposal submissions, seek clarifications, and ensure alignment on bidding requirements. Support is extended to representatives visiting project sites through detailed briefings, preparation of discussion points for pre-bid meetings, and guidance on collecting relevant data and interacting with local stakeholders, including potential partners and client representatives. Coordination with Heads of Divisions (HoDs) and subject-matter experts is essential to integrate their inputs into proposals in line with ToR requirements. The role further includes providing logistical and resource inputs such as staff deployment, office space, transportation, and accommodation for preparing the financial proposal. Additional tasks include reviewing proposals as directed by the HoD or MD, advising teams on bid preparation, and updating the proposal tracking system for ongoing and completed projects. The position also requires coordination with Joint Venture (JV) and associate consulting firms to collect required documentation including Letters of Association, JV agreements, and financial details. The role supports the Project Coordinator/Director, collaborates with the Financial Proposals Cell, and entails participation in pre-bid meetings, seminars, and conferences as required. Other responsibilities include monitoring ISO compliance within the Business Development Division and ensuring timely circulation of RFP summaries to concerned staff. Any other duties assigned by Top Management are also undertaken with diligence and efficiency.
