Cash/Position Reconciliation • Reconcile the records between investment management(Internal manager) and custodian.(External manager) •Resolving multi-currency breaks across equities, fixed income,mutual funds,FX. •Investigate trade fails, unsettled positions, and dividend/intrest discrepancies. •Researching,following up and clearing outstanding breaks within deadline. •Supported end-of-day reconciliation to ensure all trades ans cash movements were reflected in the syetem before NAV cut-off. •Work with custodian and broker for timely matching and settlement. •Review and clearing daily/Monthly cash and positions and provide sign off to client. •Resolve high aged cash/position breaks proactively. •Ecalating exceptions and failed transaction to custody/client for early resolution. •Monitaring the NAV calculations and Corporate action events. •Identify the cause and assign cash/position breaks to correct team for further investigation and early resolution. •Working knowledge TLM,GTM,Bloomberg,RKS reconciliation tool will be strong plus responsibilities. • Assisted implementing control checks and process improvement to reduce recurring breaks.
