I work closely with my team to manage and monitor many ICI (Icertis Contract Intelligence) implementations for enterprise clients, including project assignments and capacity planning. I establish control over project schedules, budgets, and risk issues; facilitate timely decisions to keep the project on schedule and within budget; identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely risk avoidance recommendations; set and manage customer expectations; create and execute project work plans; and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.As an implementation leader, I am a crucial advisor to the team and assist in setting the direction for the implementation and professional services teams. I also ensure that the implementation methodology is followed consistently. I am responsible for adhering to budgets, deadlines, and performance requirements. I actively participate in client-facing project governance meetings, and I am responsible for serving as the key customer escalation point for customer modifications and/or complaints during the implementation process.By partnering with product management, engineering, core, QA, and cross-functional teams, I have improved the customer experience.As a senior director, I am in charge of the delivery P&L as well as client success and growth. I have also taken on the additional responsibility of working closely with HR to design the detailed roles and responsibilities in the professional services division, as well as a brief stint leading the professional services division\'s operational team and bringing about efficiencies in the overall processes.
