As a Product Owner at Flex, I lead the development and scaling of Digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. With extensive experience in Agile and SDLC, I have successfully executed multiple Industry 4.0 projects from conception to delivery, involving business requirements gathering, functional design review, sprint coordination, release planning, QA testing, and business UAT. I also leverage my skills in Azure DevOps Services, data analysis, and dashboard creation to facilitate product development and improvement.With a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, I have a strong background in industrial engineering, manufacturing process improvement, and new product development. Prior to joining Flex, I worked as an Industrial Engineer at DRÄXLMAIER Group, where I managed and coordinated various projects related to digitization, automation, cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and change management. I also have experience in design engineering and business development, having worked at Silicon Safepack Pvt Ltd, where I designed and developed packaging solutions for automotive components and engaged with customers and market research.I am passionate about digital transformation, innovation, and business growth, and I strive to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
