My journey:I believe that learning is the most important aspect for individual development and growth. Keeping this approach in mind, I have been able to add value to each assignment assigned to me in the last 18.5 years.I started my Journey in the corporate world in 2004 and have handled 10 assignments (highest business turnover of 300 crore) which lead to building my expertise in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product/Category Management, Channel Sales Management, B2b Sales Management and B2C Sales Management. Further, working in eight different geographies across India (Jaipur, Surat, Baroda, Entire Mumbai, and Goa) and Global (UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia and Egypt) has enriched my diverse work experience. Formulating new strategies, planning & successful execution of the same for the business development is my forte. Consistency & positive approach keeps me going and hence I have a successful track record of developing newer models for the business development followed by successful implementation of the same.All my assignments have been complex, and, in the process, I was on a constant learning curve. I believe I have successfully delivered beyond the expectation on each of the assignments within given time frame. Hence, also known as a turnaround specialist. In this journey, I also got a chance to mentor and lead a team of more than 75 people at various positions. I believe that motivated manpower plays a pivotal role in achieving organization goals and hence I ensured to co-create the path of their success in the organization. A firm believer of change management, execution strategy, client expectation management, people development and mind share gain. On the personal front, I am also a composer of a book ‘The Feel’ and Fifty Motivational thoughts by Saurabh. Not allowing my personal goals to settle down for less.

   Spearheading complete category of Decorative Lights, Architecture Lights, Décor Artefacts, Fans & Furniture for the entire country. Ensuring business development, brand positioning, marketing initiatives, product research and launch, product success matrix, commercial operations including import activities, made in India initiative, supply chain management, vendor management and plant operations. Formulated sales & marketing strategies for Pan India to achieve estimated revenues; analyzed & tracked sales performance to implement continual improvement measures for 60+ stores and b2b team. New strategically thought through stores opened. Managing P&L. Re-establishing b2b team (sales/technical) for architecture lights segment. Domestic production and supplies for architecture lights, decorative lights and fans in span of a year with set up of fan assembly Scaled up Category led business particularly in architecture lights, Decorative customized business and Fans.
