Responsible for learning NJ’s position requirements, establishing interdepartmental relationships, sourcing for qualified candidates and conducting interviews for Customers. Performs duties required of Corporate Recruiter to include sourcing for candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages and extending employment offers. Manage requisition process: post open positions to appropriate job boards, source resumes and qualified candidates, conduct pre-screening phone interviews, lead on-site interviews with hiring manager, assist with selection process, process offer to selected candidate including all on-boarding and new hire orientation paperwork, process relocation if applicable. Meet with hiring managers to understand role and function within the business in order to improve selection of candidate
