Managing dealershipsin the Pune, Aurangabad and Solapur Territory- Leading the Electric Vehicle (ICE & Cargo) market share in my area, establishing a strong presence and market dominance- Monthly allotment of vehicles to dealers, ensuring timely availability and meeting demand- Managing billing and retailing processes, overseeing accurate and efficient transactions- Facilitating dealer booking claim reimbursement, ensuring prompt and fair settlements- Providing dealer manpower training on DMS (Dealer Management System), RTO, company guidelines, and invoice management- Planning pre-indent and post-indent strategies to optimize vehicle inventory- Reviewing test ride performance for both offline and online leads, identifying areas of improvement- Resolving grievances and managing Online Reputation Management (ORM) to enhance customer satisfaction- Monitoring and analyzing NPS (Net Promoter Score) to assess customer feedback and address sales-related issues- Utilizing Power BI for data analytics, extracting insights to drive informed business decisions- Collaborating with the marketing/branding department, providing support and assistance to enhance marketing efforts- Planning and organizing events for vehicle demonstrations, generating qualified leads and brand awareness- Serving as a liaison between the company and dealerships, fostering effective communication and relationship management- Assisting dealers in optimizing Return on Investment (ROl), providing guidance and support to maximize profitability.These responsibilities encompass my role in ICE, EV (Both Passenger and Cargo) segment, enabling efficient operations, strong sales performance, and dealer satisfaction.
