Professional work experience in Project Management of the E&M Projects in the Metro Rail System. Preparation of Tenders (Design Based / BOQ) for E&M of Underground & Elevated Stations and Depot of Metro Rail Transit System. • Assist for the preparation of Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management, Tender management. • Coordination with Client, DDC, Contractor and conducting review meeting for the successful completion of project. • Interface coordination of MEP system with Signaling, Telecom, AFC, Lift & Escalator, Civil, Architecture for system work at Metro Station. • Review of the Design & Documents of Electrical, Fire Protection & Fire Fighting, Air conditioning (E&M) for Elevated Stations submitted by DDC as per contract specifications & relevant standards (IS, NBC, IEC & NFPA) and issuing reviewed drawing to the working Contractor of MEP for execution of work at site. • Reviewing all submittals like Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) plan, Guarantee Technical Parameter (GTP), General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & previous experience performance certificates for Vendor & Material approval before the issuance of No Objection. • Planning, coordinating, designing, interfacing & managing all activities including resources, schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, and periodic monitoring for timely completion. • Analyzing Material submission GTP’s & Vendor documents to get approval from the client and adhering to contract specification. • Coordination with other Services for Combined Services Drawings, Equipment Layouts, Wall Openings Drawings, SEM Drawings, Technical Data Sheets, On time Project execution and Quality works. • Leading & participating for getting Statutory Approvals EIG/FNOC (No objection certificate from Fire Authorities) visit with client officials & getting clearances from respective Authorities with Compliance submission. • Carrying out Factory Inspection Test for accepting E&M materials for installation at site. • Witness and inspect E&M System installation, integration test and pre commissioning and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with approved design, specifications and work methodology based on request for inspection (RFI). • Organizing and getting approvals for all Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Material Clearance, Material Inspection at the factory, Factory Acceptance Test, Dispatch Clearance, Request for Inspection of Work at the project, Installation Testing Plan (ITP) & Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
