Main duties include demand planning, supply planning & inventory procurement, 3rd party logistics, distribution fleet & facilities management, quality, sustainability.Major Achievements:• Launched Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) process, aligning key metrics across the business and supported volume growth of 67% over 5 years tenure while maintaining consistently high fill rates and balanced net working capital results.• Implemented sourcing change for Canada demand - shift from European factories to Phoenix, US based factory. Project delivery was seamless without any supply disruptions.• Executed warehouse network optimization project and managed the bid and tender process to select new 3PL partner. Project integration included mapping of new warehouse management system, new transportation management system and automated billing & invoicing system.• Supported expansion of Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) into Ontario and British Columbia provinces. Project scope included sourcing of 18 new warehouse buildings and customization of 95 new delivery trucks for Direct Store Deliveries (DSD)• Built Cost-to-Serve reporting and metrics to drive significant savings in warehousing and outbound freight distribution costs.• Established 3-year operations strategy roadmap to identify key priority projects to drive organization growth and productivity.• Budget owner for all Canadian supply chain streams. Successful in realizing cost reduction Year-on-Year due to various initiatives to drive synergies and efficiencies in the supply chain.
