Lead the preparation of cost estimates for all MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) from drawings and tender documents.2. Review and certify contractor/vendor bills, oversee on-site measurements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.3. Manage billing processes including interim bills, milestone payments, variation orders, and final settlements, maintaining meticulous payment records.4. Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans using tools like Primavera P6/MS Project, ensuring all project milestones are met.5. Track project costs, cash flow, and budget utilization, identify variations, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.6. Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement, finance, and on-site teams for seamless project execution.7. Conduct material reconciliation, cost analysis, and risk assessments to optimize project performance and profitability.8. Facilitate communication and status reporting with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.9. Implement and uphold company policies, statutory compliances, and best safety practices throughout all project phases.10. Mentor and manage a team of estimation, billing, and planning engineers.
