Attends monthly review meetings to discuss issues and take decisions with respect to Progress ofall Orders under the Package. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution. Manage budget, project schedule, risk opportunities, and Variation Orders Claims. Provide customer technical support & solution thereby define the cost if required. Execute jobs allocated by coordinating with customer & internal stakeholders. Conducting analysis of plan v/s actual project performance. Monitoring actual cost & revenue against the forecast. Effectively communicate appropriate information to project stakeholders. Follow-up with customer for Receivables & overdue. stakeholders. Updating Project controls in SAP. Support customer for smooth installation & commissioning activity in coordination withservice team. Ensure set guidelines on HSE is adapted as part of work culture and set SOT/Hazards targetsare achieved within timelines. Monitor, control & release request for invoice.
