Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Majorly Worked on LMS module of SuccessFactors that includes both ON premise and SAAS solution.During my tenure I leveraged the opportunities that came my way and worked with more than 7 SuccessFactors LMS clients. I also have experience in data migration projects related to LMS module of SuccessFactors. As SuccessFactors’ consultant I have performed below tasks - Conducting solution validation workshop and provided system demo to the client- Conducting fit/gap analysis and identifying configuration values for the system- Identifying master data and organizational requirement based on workshops- Cleansing Data, building and testing solution in and configuring system (BIZX, LMS and Provisioning)- Performing data migration of legacy LMS system and newly acquired company\'s LMS system to current SF LMS- Obtaining business acceptance for the solution implemented- Planning and executing cutover, and training users for production support- As part of production support enhancement : Building custom templates, certificates and modifying search forms as per the client\'s requirement.
