About Saurabh Haldar
I have worked at Concentrix for Microsoft process in the past for more than four years as a Technical Support Engineer and currently I am working as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft EPS process handling premier customers. My day to day tasks include handling technical problems and escalations, supporting end users, provide enterprise level support to premier customers, providing floor support, handling escalations and solving their technical then providing root cause analysis for the issue.
