Total 20+ years of experience in Taxation, Contracting and Legal matters as under: 6 years of rich experience as an advocate in the field of Indian Indirect tax laws especially CST/VAT/Entry Tax, Excise and Service Tax with vast experience on the business modeling and transactions restructuring, appearance in more than 200 assessments and 50 plus appeal matters up to tribunal level. 2 years of very promising career at Broadway Enterprises wherein I honed my skills in other aspects of business such as legal compliances, M&A, finance, MIS, direct/indirect tax etc. 8 years At Cairn India Limited, responsible for all tax related matters such as advice to the compliance/commercial and sales team.
