After completing my MBA I was placed with Indiabulls in 2004 and since then there”s no look back,A beautiful journey from Relationship manager to Vice President gave me vast experience of sales and managerial skills. Having gained an experience of more than 16 years and handling a team size of 10 strong managers, I am driven to gain further knowledge and meet new challenges in these industries where the changing dynamics and trends are making it more interesting and challenging.As a manager I am an excellent communicator with experience in recruiting, developing and mentoring strong focused and creative sales team. Presently handling a AVP Sales with IIFL,handling two teams one at Delhi other at Gurgaon and looking after Ultra HNI-HNI as well as retail clients of Team and assisting then with sales of 32 different financial products namely Mutual funds,Insurance,Equity,Commodity,Home loans Etc. I believe that my leadership skills,vast experience of various financial products make me an ideal candidate for handling any big leagues.
