About Saurabh Gupta

Passionate about building an organisation, and in the ongoing phase of life, very proud to be part of the team working towards building \"A-1 Fence\" into an institution, grounded in its core values, and driven by a deep sense of purpose. I believe that how we build business organisations is our best, and perhaps the only chance, of bringing about sustainable change in how we live and, of impacting the planets future. Strategy, Organisation Design, Coaching are areas of immense interest to me, both, in theory and practise. It is a lifelong pursuit to understand people at a deeper level, and that makes me enthusiastic about MBTI and Gallup\'s strengths framework.(MBTI type: INTJ, and top 5 (Gallup) talents: Intellection, Ideation, Relator, Learner, Futuristic). Can spend a lifetime reading on Management and Natural Sciences. A sports person at heart. Love playing tennis for its beauty, and squash for its possibilities.
