   Module Development Engineer for Thin Films - Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD - AMAT) and Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PE-CVD - Lam Research) team at Intel’s F15 factory.• Responsible for identifying, and characterizing process tools and defect problems, implementing root cause solutions, and continuously improving toolset\'s safety, quality, yield, velocity, and cost performance.• Developing Intel\'s latest technologies, including process startup, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.• Interacting with partner factories worldwide (New Mexico, Ireland, and Malaysia) to transfer new processes, maintain CE!(copy exactly) parameters, share learnings and drive improvements.• Training new engineers and manufacturing/engineering technicians. Assisted factory manager in hiring new engineers.Key Achievements:• Supported the startup of partner factory in Ireland, visited multiple times to perform audits, tool quals, training, etc.• Promoted to Sr. Engineer within a 2-year timeframe, received multiple QPB+(Quarterly Performance Bonus) awards.• One of the two engineers recognized by the COO and Intel for the Engineers Week 2024 event across the world.• Successfully completed Intel qualification of a First-Of-a-Kind polyimide cure tool.
