I am an avid Recruiter with a strong passion towards solving niche and critical hiring needs, have partnered with multiple Global Technology Centers. With a responsibility to lead team, my new found passion is also towards servant leadership and building competency within the team I collaborate with. I have been part of Wolves since 2018 in steering our endeavour to help Global organisations setup teams for their offshore technology centers and identify crucial mid to senior level talents. Throughout the years, I have been instrumental in hiring talents across technologies (Opensource, Cloud, Data Science & Engineering, AI /ML, Microsoft Technologies, Mobile Development, SAP, Networking, Salesforce, C++, Java) Apart from the above technology roles I have also hired talents in Analytics and Creative Roles, with focus on multiple global industries (Logistics, Retail, Media, CPG, Startups) My focus as a recruiter, is not only in identifying talents with right set of skills, but also talents, whom organisation perceives as culturally fit.
