About Saurabh Bhargava
I completed my MBA from IIM Nagpur with specialization in Finance and Marketing. Prior to MBA, I completed my B.Tech from NIT Surat and worked for Siemens India. I gained industry work experience in Projects, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. I was awarded the Synergy of the Quarter award in Q2 FY19 while working for Siemens.I was awarded Gold Medal in Finance at IIM Nagpur (20••••22). I was also included in Director\'s Merit List at IIM Nagpur for being in top 5% of the batch (20••••21). Since I liked subjects related to marketing, finance, and strategy, this built my inclination towards profiles related to Finance, Strategy and General Management. Being part of Chairman\'s office, I am involved in projects related to strategy, product portfolio expansion, licensing deals, M&A at the group level which requires me to interact with CXOs to present them various analysis and proposal evaluation. The role involves market sizing, feasibility and viability studies, competitor benchmarking, financial modelling, and spotting new opportunities for further business growth. I am passionate about Macroeconomics and how different variables in an economy interact with each other to impact the macroeconomic scenario, especially in a globalized world. I am one of the co-founding members of Economic and Public Policy SIG at IIM Nagpur.I am compassionate for the people and the society in which an industry operates. I am an active participatant in the CSR/Corporate Citizenship activities. I am a national-level swimmer and a district championship holder in aquatics. I like playing cricket, singing songs, and reading in my leisure time.
