Project Name : Mumbai MonoRail Project, MumbaiAbout Project : It is basically 19.57 km section between GMC to CHEMBUR Via WadalaRole & Responsibilities 1. Study about the MonoRail Project, review tender documents & Bidding documents2. Attending meeting the client ( MMRDA ),MC, AMC,COO,Signalling & Communication contractor & other various contractors & discussed, resolve the pending issues.3. Attending VC meeting with Signalling contractor with PMC & resolved the pending issue which delayed the project.4. Key Witness Signalling Factory Approval Test (FAT) for Electronic Interlocking.5. Attending the Interface Meeting with the contractor,Client & Providing all time support,Solutions in minimizing the delay in Project work.6. Check & Review of ATP Signal Design documents & Interface documents like Onboard Signalling Vrs RS Interface & Signalling Vrs Onboard Communication.7. Integrate Onboard ATP system of New Rolling stock with the wayside/trackside Signalling equipment with the set of documents & procedure from contractor side.8. Provide training to the client staff about the new technology ( GoA 2 Based CBTC Signalling system ) which will going to implemented in this project.9. Support Client in preparation of Technical Specification of New upgraded Signalling system ( CBTC System ) & Tender preparation. I was accountable for signalling design Review( PD, PFD, FDD ), check of various Preliminary design, Pre final design & Final design considering RFP/Tender document & BID document.11. Timely coordination between client, contractor & various vendors.12. Provide limitation of existing signalling system ( GoA 1, ATP based ) & benefits of using an upgraded signalling system ( GoA 2, CBTC based ).13. Discuss weekly agenda with contractor in the presence of client representative asking them about the reason for delay in project. Key Witness in RF Survey & TDS ( Train Detection System )Installation & Testing activity.
