I am honored to be the CEO of Evofem Biosciences, Inc.(OTCQB: EVFM) — a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing and commercializing innovative products to address unmet needs in women’s sexual and reproductive health. In September 2020, we launched Phexxi, the first and only FDA-approved hormone-free, on-demand, birth control. In July 2024, we broadened our commercial offering with the acquisition of SOLOSEC, an FDA-approved single-dose oral antimicrobial agent for the treatment of two common sexual health infections: trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis.
