About Saumya Mishra
For over a decade, I worked in the fast-paced world of software engineering. But there came a time when I decided to leave it all because I knew I wanted to do something that was close to my heart, and that felt meaningful to me. I felt a deeper calling & thank God that I followed it. That\'s when I started traveling and found and fell in love with Yoga in an ashram in Kerala. I stayed there for a long time, learned and practiced yoga amongst some amazing yoga gurus.It began as a personal practice & soon turned into a purpose. For the past five years, I’ve been teaching Yoga to professionals at workplaces and studios. From my own experiences of working in a stressful Corporate World, I know the absolute need for good quality wellness practices at workplaces today.That’s how Aryatara Yoga was born. Our mission?
