I am a penultimate-year B.A. LL.B. student at DES Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune, with an interest in trademark law, brand protection, and copyright and media & entertainment law. I am eager to deepen my understanding of how the law safeguards creativity, identity, and innovation in both traditional and digital spaces.During my internship at R.K. Dewan & Co, I had the opportunity to work on trademark prosecution and litigation matters drafting Notices of Opposition, Counterstatements, and Evidentiary Affidavits, and conducting research using the IP India, WIPO, MCA portals, etc. These experiences introduced me to the real-world workings of IP law and sparked a genuine interest in the role legal systems play in protecting brands and creative content.To broaden my foundation, I completed a certification course in Copyright and Media & Entertainment Law from GLC Mumbai, and pursued further learning through the WIPO Academy and various specialized courses in corporate, arbitration, and international law.I am actively looking to learn more about the practical, commercial, and strategic aspects of intellectual property law especially in the areas of trademark protection and copyright enforcement and would be grateful for opportunities to engage, observe, and contribute wherever possible.I look forward to connecting with professionals, mentors, and peers who share an interest in IPR and creative industries, and who can help guide my journey as I explore this exciting and evolving field.
