Expertise working LinkedIn Recruiter account. Responsible for screening candidates as per requirement. Preparing a detailed assessment sheet customized for each position/profile we hire for. Scheduling Interviews for Candidates and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client. Scheduling the candidates and placing them for an interview. Following up with candidates post offer until their Joining.
