I\'m a Senior Business Analyst with 7.5 years of experience, and I\'m actively looking for my next role - available to join immediately. My strongest area is tax and compliance systems. I\'ve worked on Fringe Benefit Tax for NSW Health in Australia, Contractor Payroll Tax, and US tax migration projects. At Deloitte, I led a team of 15+ and helped build a system that processed transactions per benefit. Day-to-day, I work across the full BA lifecycle - gathering requirements from business and legal teams, writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, running Agile sprints, and seeing projects through to UAT and go-live. I\'ve also worked outside tax - on e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, and ed-tech tools - so I can pick up new domains quickly without a long ramp-up period.
