Managing the chapter\'s affairs• Identify and promote activities of specific interest to members.• Responsible for maintaining the frequency and quality of activity within Chandigarh & Punjab• Work with office bearers to create and deliver effective chapter meetings resulting in an increase in meeting attendance and enhanced value to members• Manage online tools and content to attract and connect members with local regional chapter activities• Create and manage efforts for member interaction and engagement in working groups, programs and services, and community forums• Maintain communication with members and respond to their queries • Coordinate plans for maintaining and increasing chapter membership• Create event budgets, develop metrics to measure and monitor progress and create programs for membership growth and engagement• Monitor membership growth, retention, and engagement progress and provide periodic, timely progress reports to senior management• Support and consult on the development of programs and services to create the highest levels of member satisfaction
